Questions people actually ask

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery and pickup inside our core service area are included in every bundle. Addresses beyond [SET: SERVICE_RADIUS] may carry a delivery fee of [SET: DELIVERY_FEE] — you'll see it clearly at checkout before you pay anything.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope. If you're comfortable with it, we'll leave the stacked totes at your door or garage and photograph the drop. Same for pickup — leave the nested empties where we can reach them.
What if I need the totes longer than I booked?
Extend by the week, right from your booking confirmation, as long as the totes aren't reserved by the next customer. During Mizzou move-in/move-out weeks, extend early — inventory goes fast.
Is there a deposit?
A refundable hold of [SET: DEPOSIT_AMOUNT] is authorized on your card at booking — it's released when we count the totes back in. It only gets captured for missing or destroyed totes.
I live upstairs. Is that a problem?
Totes get delivered to your door, stairs included, at no extra charge for walk-ups up to [SET: STAIRS_POLICY]. Just note it in your booking so we bring the right crew and dolly setup.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to [SET: CANCELLATION_WINDOW] before your delivery date for a full refund. Inside that window we'll work with you to reschedule instead.
How big are the totes?
27" × 17" × 12" XL attached-lid totes — the same capacity as a large cardboard box, but rigid, water-resistant, and stackable five-high on a dolly. The attached lids mean no tape, ever.
